Enterprise-grade cloud medical platform built bespoke for a single premium trichology clinic. From the patient’s first touchpoint to AI analytics, fiscal receipts, and inventory logistics.

A premium clinic was managed through Excel spreadsheets, manual Telegram messages, paper records, and three disconnected services for scheduling and billing. Every expansion of the service catalog turned into an operational meltdown.
The architecture is designed so the product can handle a tenfold clinic growth without a rewrite. Type-safe end-to-end: Form → Zod → Server Action → Prisma → Postgres.
Each section was designed as a standalone product with its own URL, role model, and Server Actions. Three more are coming soon: Telemedicine Video, Pharmacy Integration, Insurance Claims.
Access is verified at three layers: UI, Server Action, and Prisma query. Each doctor sees only their own patients, an assistant sees only current procedures, and an accountant sees only financials and invoices.
The main screen opens not with numbers, but with AI insights: what demands attention right now. Revenue drops, no-show risks, expiring batches, low stock — the system queues up problems and suggests a one-click action.

A calendar slot is not just a time. It is the intersection of doctor × room × equipment × assistant, with setup/cleanup buffers and automatic conflict detection. Every appointment change goes into AppointmentChange — audit trail.
The patient card in VOZNA is a full-featured EMR with 13 tabs. Medical history, lifestyle, hormones, family history, documents, plans, trichoscopy, labs, hair diary, AI insights, and consents with e-signature. Everything in a single view.

13 types of trichology services, 5 pricing tiers by hair length, 4 consumable brands (Orising, Revivre, Full Force, Na Golovy), and full price change history. The price list is no longer an Excel sheet — it is a managed catalog with a complete audit trail.
Every encounter is documented according to the international SOAP standard — Subjective / Objective / Assessment / Plan. Diagnoses are linked to ICD-10, AI suggests options with a confidence score, templates speed up routine cases, and the record locks after the doctor’s e-signature.
This is not a "built-in GPT." It is a set of narrow clinical tools with clear input/output contracts. Each operates on the specific clinic’s data and respects privacy by default.
Billing is tied to inventory. The moment a doctor completes a procedure, ampoules are deducted from the batch by serial number, an invoice is generated, loyalty points are credited, and the patient’s loyalty tier is updated.
The responsive portal and public online booking are first-class products, not add-ons. Hair diary with photos, treatment plan progress, prescriptions, a care product shop, and consents with e-signature.

A premium clinic means not just service, but accountability. Every action in the system is recorded in the AuditLog: who, what, when, IP, UserAgent, justification, and a diff of changes. Safe for patients, legally robust for the clinic.
